In Nkualamziba, Zambia, ZAP (Zambia Allocation Program) has been active by building a school. They have realised a primary school - 245 children attend this school daily - and are now in the finishing stages of realising a secondary school. The project will be finished in 2020. Not only will the children that have attended the primary school of Nkualamziba attend this school but children from the whole region of Mumbwa (a district the size of the province of Utrecht, Netherlands). In total there will be over 900 children attending the primary and secondary school.
For the primary school Moments of Joy funded the materials for the sports- and playfield. Volleybalnets, balls, hockeysticks etc. were acquired. Now the secondary school would like to have their own field. The older children can play amongst themselves and the younger ones will not get run over. Their wishes are more or less the same as for the primary school, might it be that everything will be a little bigger. Amount needed to realise this project is € 1.950,--
